Join us for a 3 days residential retreat in the Sacred Valley to explore the playfulness of Acroyoga, the healing touch of Thai Massage and the liberating self expression of Conscious Dance.

This is an invitation to celebrate Life, nourish ourselves, take a pause and enjoy community sprit.

A wonderful team of international teachers will guide you to connect to your soul, feel into your body and listen to the Apus, in a supportive atmosphere at the Yoga House !

This weekend is open for all ages, bodies of all shapes and level of fitness.

Let us dive into 3 days of self nourishment in the sacred mountains with healthy vegan food, Acroyoga, Thai Massage, Dance, Yoga, Parkour / Natural Movement, Kirtan and Meditation!

Acro yoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics and healing arts. These three lineages form the foundation of a practice that cultivates trust, playfulness and community.

Trust is the currency that we exchange in Acroyoga. With this blanket of trust we become empowered and empower others.

The Solar Acrobatic Practices are the tools to unlock that power in others and ourselves. The solar elements are strength building, inversions with spotting, and partner acrobatics.


- Art of practicing Metta, loving kindness -

In essence Thai Yoga Massage can be regarded as a spiritual practice with solid roots in Buddhism.

For both the giver and receiver, Thai Yoga Massage is a sacred dance. The treatment engages a state of meditation where deep stretches inspired by yoga asanas are rhythmically applied along with pressure on sen lines, the energy meridians of the body. Healing occurs in a state of attentiveness, equanimity, compassion and shared happiness, where tensions are released and the free flow of energy resumes.

The numerous benefits include improved posture, joint mobility, circulation, detoxification, toning of the internal organs, a sense of freedom and inner peace.

The teaching is based on the Presence, Touch and Listening, emphasising on Movement and Rhythm. Just as a musican needs melody and rhythm, practitioners learn to find their unique tune in each treatment.

This course incorporates skills in traditional Thai massage with ‘Western’ knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Soul Motion™ is a practice of paying attention and waking up, together, to the physical reality of a body in motion, and the spiritual reality of the Presence that moves us. It’s a dance at the crossroads of the vertical drop into self and the horizontal extension toward another, down from the mind’s conversations of past and future into the raw, messy & miraculous event of this body sweating, tensing, opening, living and dying: now. Supported by a wide range of movement scores –from mindful to wild– students dance across the four landscapes of Soul Motion™: solo, duet, community, and prayer space, leaping off of three core platforms: Pause Presence, a meditative relaxation practice that allows the dancer to slow down, align, and recharge; Orbit Orientation, where the dancer is encouraged to consciously move in all directions

with equal attention and without preference; Echo Inspiration, using each other’s movements to inform and inspire. In the exploration of relationships between energy, motion, and space, stillness and movement are both included, as well as eclectic music sequences from classical to experimental to the Great Sound of silence.

Haein Cho :

Originally from South Korea, Haein grew up in Auroville, a spiritual community in South India. She’s a certified Watsu & massage therapist as well as a yoga & level 2 Acro yoga instructor.

Haein shares Yoga & AcroYoga as practices available for every body, age, and ability. She aims to support all beings through movement, connection, and play. With a background in Aquatic body work, she brings in a unique softness in her practice with fine balance between effortless movement and body control.

Apart from her regular classes and workshops in her yoga studio in Brussels, she has been teaching Acroyoga in form of retreat, workshop, class and in festivals and conventions in Mexico, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Greece, India, Korea, and Taiwan.

Nicolas Jadot :

Nicolas have been practicing different kind of Martial arts since a very young age. He started practicing zen meditation and mindfulness at Plum Village, the home of the zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, when he arrived at university. After finishing a master degree in business engineering at the SBS-EM in Brussels, he moved to India and spend the next 3 years in Auroville. There, he had the occasion to practice many movements practices, from Watsu and Ayurvedic massage to Tai-Chi and conscious dance.

He came back to Brussels in 2012 a yoga teacher and started his Soul Motion formation. Since then he's sharing his passion for movement through his Yoga and dance classes with everyone who come across his path.

Nicolas is a certified yoga and Soul Motion teacher. He is part of the leadership mentor team of the Soul Motion school since 2015.

Guest teacher, Franco Phang :

Originally from Peru, Franco has been involved in physical activity since a young age. He discovered movement passing mainly through Parkour and Acrobatics as well as several disciplines such as gymnastics, dance, martial, circus and healing arts and is still expanding his knowledge. Being a movement student, teacher and researcher, Franco takes his broad approach doing synergy with other national and international teachers in events that nurtures the joy of movement as part of a holistic lifestyle.

Esta es una invitacion a celebrar la Vida, nutrirnos, tomar una pausa y gozar el espiritu de comunidad.

Un fantastico equipo de profesores internacionales guiaran para conectar con el alma, sentir el cuerpo y conectar con los Apus, en un entorno de apoyo mutuo comunitario en el Yoga House.


Este fin de semana es abierto a cuerpos de todas las edades y experiencia con el trabajo corporal. AcroYoga combina la sabiduria del yoga, el poder dinamico de la acrobacia y el masaje tailandes. Estos tres linajes forman la fundacion de una practica que cultiva la confianza, el juego y la comunidad.


La confianza es la moneda que intercambiamos en el AcroYoga. Nos envolvemos en esta capa de confianza y les permitimos a otros este privilegio. Las Practicas Solares Acrobaticas son las herramientas para desbloquear el poder en nosotros y en los demas. Los elementos solares son el entrenamiento de fuerza, inversiones con cuidador y la acrobacia en pareja.




Masaje Tailandes: Meditacion en Movimiento

  • El arte de practicar el Metta: amabilidad con carino -


En escencia, el Masaje Tailandes es una danza sagrada. El tratamiento compromete un estado de meditacion donde estiramientos profundos inspirados por posturas del Yoga son aplicados ritmicamente a lo largo de lineas de presion sen, los meridianos de energia del cuerpo. La sanacion ocurre por un estado de atencion, ecuanimidad, compasion y felicidad compartida, donde las tensiones son liberadas y el flujo libre de energia se reanuda.


Los numerosos benficios incluyen una mejora en la postura, movilidad articular, mejor circulacion, detoxificacion, tonificacion de los organos internos, sentido de libertad y una paz interior.


La ensenanza es basada en la Presencia, el Toque y la Escucha, enfatizando en el Movimiento y el Ritmo. Asi como un musico necesita una melodia y ritmo, los practicantes aprenden a encontrar su tono unico en cada tratamiento.


Esta seccion incorpora habilidades del Masaje Tailandes tradicional con conocimiento de anatomia y fisiologia Occidental.

Practica de Danza Consciente

  • Libertad a traves del Movimiento y expresion -


Soul Motion tm es una practica de prestar atencion y despertar, juntos, a la realidad espiritual de la Presencia que nos mueve. Es una danza que yace en el cruce entre la caida vertical de uno mismo y la extension horizontal hacia los demas, desde las conversaciones de la mente sobre el pasado y futuro hacia el crudo, desordenado y milagroso evento del cuerpo transpirado, tensado, abierto, viviendo y muriendo: el ahora.


Apoyado por un variado rango de puntos alrededor del movimiento - desde lo consciente hasta lo salvaje - estudiantes de la danza a lo largo de los 4 entornos del Soul Motion tm: solo, duos, comunidad y espacio de rezo, saltado sus tres plataformas: Pausa Presencia, una practica de relajacion meditativa que permite al danzante bajar las revoluciones, alinear y recargas; Orbit Orientacion, donde se alienta al bailarin a moverse conscientemente en todas las direcciones con igual atencion sin preferencia; Eco Inspiracion, movimiento inspirado en los demas para interactuar. En esta exploracion de relaciones entre energia y espacio, el movimiento y la quietud se incluyen, asi como secuencias musicales desde lo clasico a lo experimental via el Gran Sonido del Silencio.
